As we all know, Utopia:Origin has implemented a new ability system: Rune Magics. With the experience gained by mining specific elemental mines namely; Wind, Thunder, Fire, Water, and Earth we can create new rune magics depending on the combined elements.
This is one of the most awaited feature included in the big update of the Noons Sky Islands! New creatures, new resource, new rare items and especially new skills, spells or magics each adventurer can use to make their adventure easier!
Before proceeding, make sure you already have a Rune Magic Table or Rune Magic Platform to start your wizard journey! Majority of the needed things are basically the rune stones and rune experiences you gain by mining specific elemental mines you can easily spot in the Noons Sky Island or even in the Dragon Tree Island!
To start merging, you will need rune experiences for each elemental runes. By mining mines with a specific element you will gain rune experience that will level up your runes level. Level 0-1 will only require 50 exp and Level 1-2 will require 250 exp. There will also be a weekly limit on how much experience you can gain each element, it is 200 experience per week.
Then let's get started with Rune Merging! There will level 1,2,3,4 and 5 for runemagics. Here are all possible magics you can learn in the level1. Have a look and something might get your interest!
╼ Level 1 Rune Magics ╾
The initial set of rune magic released by the developers was the Level 1 Rune Magics! It's the easiest to discover as it only requires the least amount of effort to unlock! You'll also need level 1 rune in each specific elements. The following are the details regarding the level 1 rune magics.
╼ Blazing Magic Ball ╾
Details: Casts a rune-powered fireball in the aiming direction, causing rune damage to a single target with a chance to inflict burn, dealing damage over time.
Damage Modifier: +100% Rune Magic, +100% Fire Rune Strength

╼ Strong Wind ╾
Details: Summon strong winds in front of you. Hits 5 target at most dealing rune damage and repulse for a certain distance dealing additional rune magic damage.

Skill Upgrade: If rune magic attack greater than 40, imprisonment chance is raised to 60%, if greater than 50 raised to 80%.

Details: Use rune magic to significantly increase the movement speed for 5 seconds. during which time it will consume food and water constantly.

Details: Turn the rune energy into an arrow of light and shot it in the target direction dealing runne damage to a single target.

Those are all the level 2 runes magic that you can learn. As you can observe, all the level 2 rune magic is a combination of two different elements, and it will deal mixed and diversed damage. Remember that you are limited in using only 2 of the magics at a time. You can easily change your spells through the Rune Magic Platform. In addition, you can increase your rune magic output by equiping a Rune Stone.

It take at least 2 weeks for you farm magic ore to get the level 3 of rune magics. So as soon as the magic rune systems were updated to level 3, 6 new magic spells were opened, to complete the entire rune magic system. And here's all the information about lv3 moves we can learn:
