Frost Flower and Ice Crystal are two of the rare resource in Utopia: Origin. There are few locations in which you can collect Frost Flower and Ice Crystal.
By hunting Frost Flowers, you can get 1 Frost Flower and 1 Ice Crystal in each spot included in the images above. In total, you can get 10 both at most each archipelago. And remember we have 10 archipelagos!
Despite Frost Flower being rare, it does not have high usage demand as it is only used for making Ice King Venom Dragon Feeds. So don't expect a stonks experience hunting and farming frost flowers if you plan to sell it in the trading house.
Feed Formula: Turtle Egg Feed + Ice Pure + Frost Flower (You will need about 53-55 packs to tame it).
And it similar to its companion, the Ice Crystal, althought rare, is only used to craft the Ice Steam Stone, which is used to build the Big Foot vehicle. You first need to build a Vehicle Work Bench to make both of them.
