In total there are 16 Poison Mushroom locations,so you can collect 49 Poison Mushrooms at maximum per Archipelago. Take note, Poison Mushroom refresh time is 2 hours, and more importantly it fluctuates.

Poison Mushroom is commonly only used for making Poison Mushroom Feed, which is used for making Venom Dragon Feeds:

King Venom Dragon Feed: Turtle Egg + Poison Mushroom Feed + Rare Meat Feed

Venom Dragon Feed: Raw Egg + Poison Mushroom Feed + Rare Meat Feed

If you love collecting and gathering, I recommend you to gather Poison Mushrooms. As nowadays, only few people are collecting Poison Mushrooms. It may not make a high payout in selling in Trading House, but still a nice side job to do!
